I will take my iron and vitamin C at bedtime.

I take a centrum complete with iron twice daily; 1500 mg calcium citrate (most days) - at least 800 every day and sometimes more than 1500) - I tend to forget my last calcium dose some days for some reason. I take "some" b12 sublingual drops once a week. I'm ashamed on this - I don't really know how much I take - I take two dropperfuls a week. Last year the level was ok, on the high side. I got complacent and just doing what I was doing - saying that the level was ok, so the dose was ok. I promise to do better here in 2012. This is unlike me to be so uninformed. I need to look up how much I really need, get the magnifying glass down and find out how much is in a dose, etc... If I don't do this by my next appointment, I pledge to myself to just start getting the shots of b12.
I just started taking SAMe a week ago - 2 pills - that's what they said was the dose on the package - anybody have any experience with this? Dr. Oz said it helped with depression and I've been experiencing some depression lately and wondered if this could help. Who knows if we can evey absorb this after RNY? After 1 week, I can't tell any difference.
So today on your vitamin check in - I took the 2 SAMe first thing this morning - it says on the package that it works better on an empty stomach - then I went to take my vitamin, but instead I took 2. You see, I have this habit of taking one, and laying one on top of the bottle to remind myself before I go to bed to take the other one - for some reason I just popped the second one in my mouth. It's that depression - when I experience depression, it leaves my brain kind of like on autopilot, but not really "here". Should I take another vitamin today or just let that be it?
I took one round of calcium today at 12:00 - later than usual, but I still have time to get in the 2:00 and 4:00. It's laying out too - right here on my desk - as is my practice.
How do I even make it through the day with my brain fog? I ask this frequently. I bet you wonder too with my rambling!
