Nik, I'm back again after reading your blog post. WOW!!!! So beautifully and honestly written and so much I can relate to! I'm 2 1/2 years out and very recently experienced my bounce back - up 20 lbs from my low weight and up 15 lbs from my goal weight. Still working on how I feel about this but at least getting control of my eating so I don't go up any higher.
