vitamin check in

We haven't had a daily vitamin check in for a while but I think sometimes it helps me make sure I remember all my vites.

So far today I've had one multi, vitamin A, mag oxide and two doses of calcium (one Upcal D and one Calcet creamy bite).  I also did my B12 shot.

My other multi and mag oxide will be with dinner, along with another dose of calcium.  Then iron and C at bedtime.

Yeah, and I'm doing even better since I started setting alarms on my cell phone.  So far I've had B50 complex, both multi's, 2 out of 3 calcium doses, vita d and scripts.  I'll take another calcium at 6:30pm and an iron before bed.

This is very timely.  I had a couple of days this week where I didn't get in my vites.  And I am usually very careful about getting them all in. 

On track today and this post nudged me along to take my 2nd calcium dose.  Got a multi and my last calcium dose, magnesium and a dry d3 left today.

2 doses of mag oxide with calcium
b-12
and B-complex

Still need:
1 more dose of calcium, mag oxide, multi and iron.
