That is probably my favorite protein as well. I use 8 oz of milk and to me it tastes like one of those instant cappuccino mixes. The only small issue I have is that it is a touch sweet for me, but I still love it. I think I am going to try and make a hot protein drink with it tomorrow and see how that goes. I hope you like it!!!!

It's my fave. I drink it every morning, mixed in my half caf french vanilla coffee with milk.

Does the Nectar clump the same way as Isopure if it's too hot?  I love a hot drink, but due to the temp limitation, I can only do a luke-warm--just not the same.

Do you mix with room temp liquid first, then add that to your hot drink?

Yes, but I may be adding too much room temp liquid, or maybe not having the hot drink hot enough because I don't want it to clump

I guess I'll just have to keep working at it!.

I nuke half a cup of milk in the micro for 30 secs, then mix the nectar in it really well, then fill it to the brim with fresh hot coffee. Makes it good and hot, but no clumps. If I use less milk or hotter milk or don't mix well, it can clump (only happened a few times).

Thanks, I'll give that a try.  I like a hot cup of coffee in the morning, so a cup of Cappuccino will be great!
