This is your body. This is your body on sugar. Any questions?

An article from MSN on exactly what happens in your body when you go on a sugar binge.

The part that fascinated me the most was slide #6, which may explain why I can eat sugar after a full meal (I try to use this information wisely).

At any rate, I found this wonderfully interesting. High levels of sugar really do make the body go bonkers!

Thats for posting Nik...always good to see it in black and white.  Its a great reminder of how sweets and not healthy!  Dextoxing from sweets and hard, but after a 2 or 3 days...you don't crave them.

Sadly I was never a sweets person.... otherwise you posting this article would have been a GREAT justification of some of my antics over the years.  :)
