What are you eating/doing today? Thursday!

Today is work then to my friend Melanie's house cuz she's giving me all her moving boxes, packing paper, etc. left over from her move. Woot!

Also I think I am a Zumba addict. I have been doing 40 min/day on the Xbox the last week or so and loving it. I need to get to the weight room though. Not sure if I will today but I know I'll do the Zumba.

Eats:

1. 1/2 Wasa WW cracker with a tbsp peanut butter
2. Mexican chocolate protein shake
3. Dijon-Barbecue chicken salad on 2 more Wasa crackers
4. An apple
5. I think I'm making turkey burgers for dinner, spicy sweet potato fries for the divas, a mountain of low-fat grilled onions and mushrooms for me. YUMMY!
6. Making a protein dessert for the blog so I will eat that.

I haven't been on regularly -- did your house situation work out for the best??

No gym this morning and I still got up at the same time -- whassup with that?

- steel cut oatmeal with a tbspn of Jif
- i met mama cat at the end of the driveway and brought me out 3 strips of bacon she had just fixed
- lunch from Panera since I have about $100 in gift cards to that place
- protein bar midafternoon

no clue on dinner

Went to the gym (3 days in a row, go me!) and did 60 minutes on the elliptical. So far I've had about 30oz of water. I'm about to go hop in the shower to get ready for work.

B (late): Protein Shake
L: Mini meatloaf...it's 4oz but I could only eat about 3oz last night so we'll see.
D: Ricotta, bruschetta sauce, parm cheese baked in the oven.
S: ? Maybe saltines with hummus

Anyone know what stage you can do Wendy's chili? I'm still on soft solids for another 3 weeks but have been wanting chili.

I blended chili in the soft food stage......I too wanted it bad.

Hi, I'm on week 6 post op.  My doc told me I could have chili as of week 2.  Wendys chili has been a wonderful change to the daily home food.  :)  Just have to remember to chew it up good.  I'm having troubles now keeping myself on mostly protein.  Has anyone else tired of so much of the same foods?  I'm looking forward to reading the food choices of those on this site.  (I'm a newbie) :)

D: leftover fiesta chicken

Breakfast- Vanilla protein shake and coffee

Lunch- Chicken soup

Dinner-Protein Shake
