Ditto to all. It is unfortunate that the board doesn't have a "search" feature, so that we can easily look up a question which was already asked, but there is a way to mimic it via Google. Many people don't realize that you can tell Google to look in only one specific website. The way to do that is to tell Google what you're looking for, and then type "site:" followed by the site without any blanks.
For example, you might go to Google and type something like:
calcium citrate carbonate kelly lisa site:www.obesityhelp.com/forums/rny

It actually DOES have a search feature... look at the top right corner of the page... but it is NOT very reliable even when you remember exact phrases or words that were in a particular old message wyou are trying to find. It is, however, better than nothing, and for questions that get asked a LOT -- like questions about the week 3 stall or how much calcium we need -- there are enough post son those things that even the search function finds loads of them.
