What's for dinner?

 i had some steak with brown rice and nsa applesauce. that was like 5 hours ago and i want a snack now...

I made some chili in the crockpot... and it was delicious.  I always put in more meat and beans than the recipe calls for, and this time, I put in ground beef and well as chunks of stew beef.  I let it cook for a good long time... the leat was SO tender!  I've decided that from now on I'll always have to add the chunks of beef... it really adds a lot to the texture of things, not to mention the protein.

Anyway, that was dinner... and will be lunch tomorrow!  Happy Wednesday, all...
