UMMMMMM YUMMY all of this food sounds soooooo good I wish somebody can just give me 1 baby spoonful of something! Dammit I want some food and these Protein shakes are just not getting it! I know I am only 6 days post op! Geesh! So SF popsicle will have to due!

Hang in there Donna.. you will get there soon enough.. I am recovering from plastic surgery so.. I too am on the protein shake, popsicles, and soups right now.. I remember after my RNY how hard it is.. no, I can hardly take in what I used to over a week ago.. This too shall pass...
Can you have some broth to break up the sweet and salty? That I know helps me..

Thanks I feel a lil better and yesterday I had some cream of wheat with skim milk, and 2 packets of splenda, and that was yummy! I made it really soupy. I can have cream soups and broths, by next week I will be on the puree stage.  Thanks for your support.

My eating has been drama all day schedule wise. So far I am still ok on the calories though....

I am having either 2 dinners or a big calorie snack and a dinner -
- strawberry Chike protein with SF cheesecake pudding, SF Strawberry Syrup, 4 raw strawberries

- refried beans w/ laughing cow light queso fresco and chipotle

I love onions, how do you make those grilled onions?  I love roasted onions, cut up and roasted with bell peppers.

246 in Dec 2008 before banded 1/28/09 at 215 lbs, band crapped 9/09 at 170 lbs and struggled with it and regained to 203 revised to bypass on 8/1/11 and am very happy.
