I want...something smothered in grilled onions. I dunno what but whatever it is I want grilled onions on it!!!

And I've learned to make grilled onions without a gamillion calories too. Yum.

No idea what my dinner will be but I haven't eaten in...a long time. It's time to eat now. K?

What's on your plate?

Most likely it will be what I always have for dinner lately.  Tilapia poached in a mix of water and lemon.  I started adding some italian spinach to the meal a couple days ago.

So far I can only have about 2 tsp of the italian spinach with my 2.5 - 3oz piece of fish, but the fish is so good that I make it every single night and am still not sick of it. :)

Hmm, maybe I'll have a tiny bit of cauliflower and carrots instead of the spinach...I made crustless spinach quiche (using muffin tin) and had one of those already today.
