Ok you asked

Doing:
500 meter Swim
60 minute Spin 17.4 miles
60 minutes Weights

Then at lunch
50 minute spin 14.5 Miles

Eats:
Pre Workout: Protein Shake with frozen banana
Post Workout: Protein bar
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Honey and Raisins
Morning Snack: Peanuts
Lunch: 4oz Pork Loin and 1/2 cup mashed potatos

some where in there I will have more prtein bars and some chicken salad maybe some yogurt.
