What are you eating/doing today? Monday!

Ugh. Back to work for me. For some reason I am dreading it even though I was bored out of my brain. Lazy days with the divas were getting kind of nice.

Anyhoo...today is work, then off to my mom's house to help her with a few things, home to do Zumba on my Xbox and help the divas get ready to go back to school tomorrow.

You know...the usual.

Eats:

1. Cottage cheese w/ PB2, Splenda and Fiber One (my tummy wasn't exactly feeling this but Mondays are hard for me to get breakfast in)

2. Taco casserole and a small spinach salad

3. A mini-babybel light and half an apple

4. Dinner - ??? (good question)

I'm going to start adding my daily resolution(s) to my eating posts. So I have two today. Today I resolve to:

1. To actually DO the Zumba on the Xbox instead of simply saying I am going to.
2. Leave work at 5 pm!!! (I have a bad habit of staying over when nobody has asked me to).

I just got off from work and im drinking a protein shake.. and i don't know after that.. then im going for my 3 mile walk.. then bed

Last day of vacation; must get the painting and redecorating of the bedroom done. Can't have that hanging over me when I go back to work.

B: omlette/turkey sausage (only ate half of anything on my plate -- pouch is not cooperating today.
L: Taco Salad
S: String Cheese/Ham rollups
D: Shepard's Pie made with rutabega as a topping and some green vegetable in place of the corn.
S: Hot Chocolate, greek yogurt

Back to basics for me, I am up to the top of my weight and I want to lose 25 pounds. Think I'll go for a 5 mile walk today also.

So far:  coffee and skim milk

B: protein shake
L: light wheat bread w/lowfat turkey, lettuce, and light mayo
D: turkey meatballs w/NSA sauce and dreamfields pasta





20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

 Federal holiday today so we slept in and now having hot click protien drink then half a chocolate and peanut butter quest bar.

Calling around to find a place to get my nails done....hate moving and finding all new places to get your nail and hair done...couldn't stand the last two places that did my nails and hair....just went in to get my gray roots covered and ended up with hair brighter than a copper penny.  I went right to a beauty supply place for a dark brown rinse.

Errands afterwards with my husband and hopefully a long walk with our dogs if the weather holds up.  They love to watch the deer.

Last day of vacation, back to school and all 520 of my squealing students. LOL! I am lightening up the meals for everyone today. We had snow over night so I will get out, shovel and sled with my 8 year old grandaughter. I will be glad for a regular routine starting tomorrow.
B: Hot cappacino w/ protien
L: Left over baked chicken, grapefruit
S: Almonds, apple
D: Poached fish, steamed kale w/ onions
S: sf popsicles

S:Got up late so no morning snack.
L: chicken noodle casserole (shreaded chicken, dreamfields pasta, peas, broth)
S:yogurt
D: left over pork and sauerkraut
S: cheese and gluten free crackers
