1.  21 Months out
2.  Stalled about a month ago, Christmas did not help.  Lost my focus for the first time, consumed too much sugar.
3.  I'm better with drinking water, but need to start tracking to make sure I'm getting at least 64 oz.
4.  I'm perfect with the multi-vitamins, vitamin D.  Not so good with getting my calcium citrate and iron in daily.
5.  Just relocated and joined a new gym.  Focusing on getting back into a routine.

1. How far out you are. Almost 1 year
2. How long you've been stalled (stuck at same weight or within a 1-2 lb. fluctuation) 6 months!
3. Are you getting in your required daily protein? Yes
4. Are you drinking your water? Yes
5. Are you taking your vitamins? Yes
6. Are you getting physical activity of any kind?
Yes but should do more

So far for the last 3 weeks I have lost weight so I hope this continues again. I honestly think my stall is from taking muscle relaxers- Each week I take them I stop loosing weight (and even gain a bit) and when I stop them for more then a week- I start loosing again. So- dealing with the back pain and hoping for more weight loss!

1. How far out you are.  I'm 17 months out.

2. How long you've been stalled (stuck at same weight or within a 1-2 lb. fluctuation)  Just checked the "health checker."  I've been between 155-160 since Oct 28th.  Very frustrated.

3. Are you getting in your required daily protein?  I try.  Probably hitting more like between 40-60 g.

4. Are you drinking your water?  Water upsets my stomach.  However, I am drinking between 60-120 oz of hot tea, cocoa, and coffee a day.

5. Are you taking your vitamins?  I slacked for a little while on anything but the bare minimum.  I've stepped that back up.

6. Are you getting physical activity of any kind?  I had surgery on both my calves and feet in June.  I used a walker until August.  I had a revision surgery on my left foot in September, which didn't heal.  I had a wound closure procedure on Friday.  I should FINALLY be cleared to do some sort of physical activity by February.  So I've been relying on diet alone to drop weight.  I am down 25-30 pounds since June.

1. How far out you are

Nine months exactly, today.

2. How long you've been stalled (stuck at same weight or within a 1-2 lb. fluctuation)

Stuck at 166 for four weeks.  My first true "stall"....what I called a stall before, was not.

3. Are you getting in your required daily protein?

Yes - more than most, I think - 140 plus grams a day, usually all by food.

4. Are you drinking your water?

80 to 100 ounces per day

 5. Are you taking your vitamins?

Religiously and last two sets of labs were great

6. Are you getting physical activity of any kind?

8-10 hours per week of running and cardio, weight training (with trainer 3x a week), karate classes 2-3x per week at night.  That is a TOTAL of 8-10 hours a week, not 8-10 plus that.

I lose weight faster when I don't weight train.  But I'm not willing to give up the fabulous definition I've gotten in my arms and shoulders and back since I started, or the nice abs and thigh muscles underneath the skin!!  I need to lose about ten more pounds in my mind.  I'm 5'10 and 166 right now.  I'd like to be close to 155.
