L/D went to BIL bday party today so ate at 2....Chuck roast, peas, smear for taters and a small sliver of cake.
Late dinner chicken and some mozzarella pesto log( rach brought it over last night ans it is to die for).
Snack a click peppermint coffee...yummo
and the great thing all fits into my daily numbers!

Breakfast - Protein shake 30 gram protein
Snack 1&2 - 4 bites spinach quiche bake ( 1 large can Fat free evaporated milk, 1 32 oz low fat ricotta, generous amount low fat parm, 12 oz part skim mozz, large frozen bag of spinach, 1 large container egg whites, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, pepper, salt, paprika, 1 large sauteed sweet onions, 6 cloves roasted garlic, a bunch of italian parsley, a bunch of green onion, bake for an hour) put in glass dish bake 375 degrees...This makes alot of food.. but it all went in a week in our house.. My husband could not stop eating it..
Lunch Protein shake= 30 grams protein
Dinner- 4 bites of slice of beef roast
Late Snack protein shake..30 grams protein
A lot of protein shakes cause.. recovering from TT and you cant take in as much as you used to...

B- 2 Morning Star "sausage" patties
L- 1c leftover whole wheat pasta with 2 meatballs (too much food. didn't fini****)
snack- 1 small gingerbread cookie
D- 1 piece of sausage, few spoons of mashed potatoes, few spoons of saurkraut, 2 spoons of corn
Dessert- greek yogurt cheesecake with a few raspberries
Nothing overly exciting, but at least I got to have the family tradition of pork and saurkraut to ring in the new year!

Not sure about dinner. Probably taco casserole since I'm making it for my lunches this week.
