 Where do you get your crabs?  We just moved to Maryland and we have been looking for a place to buy crab.

I live in Baltimore County so crab houses are plentiful. The one's I frequent are Parkville crabs, Conrads crabs and Pappas seafood.

We have loved exploring the area and will check them out.  We spent the day yesterday walking around Annapolis and had great seafood at a little Irish pub there.  Also there is a great Starbucks under the Maryland Inn....really cool place with stone and brick walls in the bottom of a very, very old inn.  

Let me know how you like the Quest bars.  They have a texture like bit-o-honey or a dense warm cookie when heated for fifteen seconds in the microwave.

Bad food day today.....

2 protein shakes
A butt-load of movie popcorn (my only real weakness!!)

B: skipped...oops.
L: Dannon Light & Fit Strawberry Yogurt
D: scrambled egg with cheese
S: 1 small slice of cheese (I might have another one, yum)
And to drink, 4 cups of water with Crystal Lite. I'll round off the day with a chocolate soy protein shake.

I had a protein bar for breakfast, brocoli cheddar soup for lunch, jambalaya with veggie Italian sausage for dinner, then a little Greek yogurt, and in about 40 minutes will be enjoying some roasted chickpeas!  Maybe a protein shake later on if I'm still awake.

The lasomelette sounds yummy.  I love omelets.  I have not had eggs in a while because I have been too busy to drive out to the farm to buy some.  I am going later this week, though.  I will have to try that.
