generic senekot-s from walmart. equate withsennosides  save a ton of money.

I took 3 doses of Metamucil daily before surgery. Now I take 2 colace, half dose Miralax and 500 mg Mag Oxide daily. All was OK by my NP.

Colace is safe - but avoid Peri Colace, which has a laxative and can become addicting. I take two Colace daily, as well as MagOx and Benefiber. I use a half dose of Miralax every other day. All of these are safe and non-addictive.
