Good one Kelly! That greek yogurt makes a lot of good recipes happen. Funny you created this one today we were just at Walmart looking at pistachios thinking that sounded good. My dietician said to avoid nuts but I have had a few sliced almonds and been okay. I don't remember her reasoning maybe she meant during pureed stage I will have to ask next week.
I was excited today I had coupons for Tyson ready serve chicken strips that I like thats two meals in a bag for $1 that I just need to heat up. Couponers keep your eyes open for those great deals :o)

I wasn't supposed to have nuts until I was advanced to a regular diet.

Thanks for posting!  I have been making this but without the no sugar added pie filling.  I am going to have fun trying it out!  I have some in pie filling in my pantry as I was going to try and make a no sugar added cobbler but this sounds like a much better option.  Thanks again!

It's really fun to play with Greek yogurt.
