See, this is why I don't take big chunks of time off without a plan.

I'm going crazy! I'm coming back down to being on a budget (after Christmas spend-a-palooza) so I don't have much in my entertainment budget. I wanted to purge so that I could start getting this house together but my cold keeps coming back for encores. Sigh.

Today I am running some errands and then going to see my mom. The girls are going to spend time with their little cousins.

Eats, as I know them:

1. Some sort of egg scramble with veggies and a wedge of Laughing Cow Light
2. A protein shake of some sort
3. Not sure as I'll be at my mom's. Might take a few cans of tuna with me as "defense against the dark arts"j
4. Crockpot chicken of some sort.
5. Cottage cheese/pb2

Still battling the leftover goodies but all is about gone! 

Early: Coffee and a teaspoon of peanut butter
B: egg/sausage casserole
L: 2 chicken strips
S: yogurt with fiber one cereal
D: not sure - have a hair appt after work so maybe a shake when I get home.

I need to toss in a protein shake because I missed my AM one, and possbile a light cheddar cheese stick from trader Joe's to snack on.

Ok... Lunch was the ever faithful steamed tilapia with steamed veggies
(also had about 1/2 cup of homemade french onion soup)

Dinner - looking more and more like a Quest bar

S- apple and cheese is a new fave, I also have some 0% Greek Yogurt w/ Kashi and strawberries

Think I have a cold coming on, my tummy isn't feeling so good.....

B - power crunch
L - I'm mentally debating - have cheese & chili with me
D - ??? I don't think my tummy is going to let me plan that far ahead

Snack - been munching dry Kix cereal when I need a crunchy fix.  Maybe a SF frozen drink.

Yesterday was an OMG I think I want to die day.  I was having serious abdominal cramps/pain that I was not sure was gas or not.  It was a good deal higher up than my usual gas pains (more sternal) and I didn't have my usual bloating.  I ended up leaving work around noon, taking a couple of simethicone pills and taking a 2 hour nap.  It gradually got better, and today I just feel a sort of "soreness" or tenderness in the area.  I'm still not sure, but I guess it could have been gas - it was just different than normal.

2 bottle of water in so far.
Coffee with Splenda and non-dairy powder creamer in.

B - 0% Fage, frozen cherries, Special K Protein Plus and Splenda.

Lunch should be 5 Foster Farms appetizer turkey meatballs and a fruit (I have an apple or a pear to choose from).

I need to start working on bottle number 3 of water and have it in before lunch.  I also need to mix up a quick and dirty protein shake of just protein and water over ice and get that down.

I'm not sure of dinner, but probably a protein and a veggie on the side.  I have leftover steak and brussells from last night.  Could be that.
