Why the FRICK do I have the muchies today???

Urgh. I think I need to go to bed. Sleep is my best defense against STOOPID food decisions. I also need to grocery shop tomorrow so I have some good, protein packed choices in the house. That way if I do snack, it can be on something good. Ain't nothin' good going on in that kitchen right now!

Pray for me, peeps. Pray for sleep to come quickly!!!

I hate the munchies! And not having nearly the cooking smarts that you do it is easy for me to just grab something for convenience.... bad bad.

Hope you get good sleep and quickly

LOL! I am SOOOO glad I am not the only one who just goes to bed instead of eating when I am hungry (D_MN head hunger!!!)

I could have written this post today Myself.  I will be headed to the grocery store tomorrow on the same quest as you.  Today was not a good day for me.

That's a great idea! I've yet to find myself nibbling on anything once I'm asleep!

But for evening munchies I keep Fage w/fruit in the fridge at all times! No crunch, but I like the smooth mouthfeel, like soft ice cream! I just found some frozen chopped tropical fruits that are shown as "Smoothies" on the front of the bag, Dole, I think, and one package of that in a big container of Fage, with stevia to taste, is a great snack for about 4 or 5 days!

Nitey-nite!!

I had people over tonight and served them all the dessert left in the house. There is some plum pudding left but that doesn't call to me.
I love that just after the grocery store/ everything I love is right in front of me time.
Things that give me that feeling...dole mandrain oranges in splenda juice, honeycrisp apples, and a shrimp ****tail ring.

OMG my mother bought a 10 gallon, okay maybe 5 gallon, gigantic bowl thingie of cheese puffs last week.  She knows, those and Doritos, are the two triggers that I cannot resist.  Although I did try Doritos a few weeks ago - nope - I do not Sugar Dump, but I do Dorito Dump!  Thank God!  I cannot eat them!  whoohoo!  my body doesn't allow it...

Now for the evil, munchies called CheeseBalls...I told her never ever buy them again - EVER!...  I'm so glad she lives an hour away and that temptation is in her house and not mine.  And do I CheeseBall Dump?  Unfortunately Not !
