Early morning meeting so only 30 mins on the arc trainer so I'm going back on lunch for another 30 min on the elliptical. down 2.5 lbs this morning -- take that BLOAT! Hopefully a few more off by the end of this week (isn't it amazing how things can change when you follow the rules? sarcasm here but it does work!)

Talk about "epic fail"~~I made myself an enchilada for a late night snack last night!
So, reset, go again.
I like mocha and I had been experimenting with various ways of putting chocolate into my morning coffee, none of which were particularly successful. I just found some Nestle's No Sugar Added Hot Chocolate mix w/3 grams of sugar, and by putting in one teaspoonful into the cup and adding some n/f dry milk and then pouring my coffee, I have a decent cup of mocha!
So today I get back on the stick.'
Breakfast: Vanilla protein shake w/nutmeg & skim milk, banana, multivitamin & B12
Lunch: tuna salad
Snack: apple
Dinner: Shrimp w/steamed veggies
Snack: Fage w/mandarin oranges & bananas (Luv that high protein snack!)

I helped my mom get in her wheelchair for a doctor's appointment. Some days I think that should count as a workout? (she is SMO, bedridden , we have to use draw sheet and lift to get her in chair).
Anyway... I hope to go to the gym tonight after work at least for a quick elliptical go or something! I see the personal trainer on Friday and I haven't worked out in almost 2 weeks - she is going to break me!

S - probably half an apple with some cheese
D - no idea yet?
S - either almonds or some baby carrots... something crunchy

i am 4 weeks out and had early morning appt with PCP.

snack Greek yogert ranch dip with sliced cucmbers, radishes, and red bell peppers
Dinner Marinated grilled salmon and asparagus.
If I don't meet 100 grams of protein and 1000 calories then evening snack of cheese and fruit, and either V8 juice with unjury chicken or evening shake.
Surgeon told me yesterday I can resume gym tomorrw but I have to increase calories. barely making 800, but I also am suppose to increase amt I eat gradually. Now only tolerating 1-1.5 oz protein and 1 oz veg or fruit.
