What are you eating/doing today? Tuesday!

I'm up and at 'em early today. I'm off work all week (amazing benefit of my job: we get the week between Christmas and New Year's off with pay and it doesn't come out of our vacation time!). Today, I am taking the little diva to the eye doctor. Got a LOT of FSA money to spend up in the next few days so girlfriend is getting some designer frames!

I'm going to really try to hone in my eats. Yesterday I was doing Dance Central on Xbox and you know how they show shots of you dancing? Yeah...did not like what I saw at all! Yes, I always preach about self acceptance and I think that's so important...but I also believe that I am too damn sexy to have lumps. The lumps must go. It is out of love and respect for myself that I will eradicate the lumps!

Eats for today:

1. Just had a lovely hot protein drink that I will reveal on BF tomorrow.

2. I will probably pick up some tuna for lunch. I'll have mine on whole wheat Wasa crackers. The divas will have theirs as sandwiches.

3. I also need to go grocery shopping and will probably pick up some cottage cheese, which will be my snack. With berries maybe?

4. Southwest chicken for dinner (which I did NOT make yesterday but am resolving to make today)

5. Um...something for dessert. Thinking of making a trifle.

Back to work today and back to the gym -- the first time for formal exercise since 12/15 for me! : ) I intentionally took time off from exercise and gave myself leeway on the eats -- but I also had to own what the scale showed today. I know some of it is bloat but it is what it is and I know what to do.

- click and skim on the way to gym
- plain Greek yogurt with blackberries and banana
- same as above #2
- protein bar

This puts me at 840/104/73 before dinner which will be a nice baked chicken breast and veggies. maybe even a snack somewhere in there.

Tons of water and black coffee - the best for banishing bloat!

no sweetener...just black -- it may be the caffeine in it but I have had to use decaf when i had to and it works somewhat, too!

Ugh! No thank you! But I thought about it for a solid four seconds.

Besides...mine isn't bloat, it's FAT. Must be jelly cuz jam don't shake like this!

Good Morning!!

Well, I have to say the past couple days were not the greatest Ive ever had however, on Saturday (Christmas Eve) I cooked and when dinner came, I made my plate and proceeded to eat. I guess my pouch has had enough and decided to go on lock down. She was tired of me stuffing her. I was grateful. She did the same on Christmas day. So, I dont think I did too much damage, but Ive got the bloat and cant wait to 'wash myself out'.

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Weight Control Oatmeal
Protein bar
apple and hummus
Atkins Mocha latte shake
Not sure whats for dinner yet, but at least all the candy is gone from the house!!

All the company is gone, so today will be putting my house back together and seeing if there are any surprises left behind for me.

B: Greek yogurt with homemade granola
S: Iced decaf soy latte
L: tuna or chicken and Brussels sprouts. (too much ham the last couple of
days sure that's part of the weigh****er gain)
S: apple slices with cheese
D: beef and salad

I let myself enjoy the holidays and I did ...lol SO yesterday and today I have been back on track. And even tho it is my TOM joy! not! I woke up down a lb so that was nice.

D-not sure as we were gonna have Nikki's chicken but well we forgot to stop and get said chicken...lol

 Well since I'm home from Disney and Christmas is over I'm getting back on the NO Dessert track! I tossed 3 pies and 1 cake in the trash last night.  If they aren't in the house I'm fine but if they're there.. I can't resist!

B: Ham and smoked gouda

D: Steak/veggie

S: Fruit

and lots of Vitamin C drops because I have a nasty cold!!

LIke you Nik, I'm off until January 2! I have just returned from a good walk and had an Egg Mug from the "Hungry Girl 300 under 300" recipe book.

Hopefully I'll be productive today but no promises!
