What are you eating/doing today? Tuesday!
I'm up and at 'em early today. I'm off work all week (amazing benefit of my job: we get the week between Christmas and New Year's off with pay and it doesn't come out of our vacation time!). Today, I am taking the little diva to the eye doctor. Got a LOT of FSA money to spend up in the next few days so girlfriend is getting some designer frames!
I'm going to really try to hone in my eats. Yesterday I was doing Dance Central on Xbox and you know how they show shots of you dancing? Yeah...did not like what I saw at all! Yes, I always preach about self acceptance and I think that's so important...but I also believe that I am too damn sexy to have lumps. The lumps must go. It is out of love and respect for myself that I will eradicate the lumps!
Eats for today:
1. Just had a lovely hot protein drink that I will reveal on BF tomorrow.
2. I will probably pick up some tuna for lunch. I'll have mine on whole wheat Wasa crackers. The divas will have theirs as sandwiches.
3. I also need to go grocery shopping and will probably pick up some cottage cheese, which will be my snack. With berries maybe?
4. Southwest chicken for dinner (which I did NOT make yesterday but am resolving to make today)
5. Um...something for dessert. Thinking of making a trifle.

This puts me at 840/104/73 before dinner which will be a nice baked chicken breast and veggies. maybe even a snack somewhere in there.
Tons of water and black coffee - the best for banishing bloat!

Well, I have to say the past couple days were not the greatest Ive ever had however, on Saturday (Christmas Eve) I cooked and when dinner came, I made my plate and proceeded to eat. I guess my pouch has had enough and decided to go on lock down. She was tired of me stuffing her. I was grateful. She did the same on Christmas day. So, I dont think I did too much damage, but Ive got the bloat and cant wait to 'wash myself out'.
Eats for today:
Coffee w/ cream
Weight Control Oatmeal
Protein bar
apple and hummus
Atkins Mocha latte shake
Not sure whats for dinner yet, but at least all the candy is gone from the house!!
