Newbies! Ever wondered how to mix a hot protein drink?

Well,you all made me go make a hot chocolate/protein drink.
1. I heat the milk
2. Mix the dry Unjury Powder with the dry Diet Swiss Miss Mix
3. Mix and blend it into the hot milk. It doesn't clump much. Some might not think at all. I'm pretty particular and I don't find it objectionable. My husband uses Muscle Blast and uses a small hand held blender.

thank you - thank you - thank you! Now it will be easier to get my protein in.....I was having a heck of a time drinking any type of protein shake.....hate the powders!!!

This is how I usually do mine except I did the same thing yesterday and heated it a little longer in the microwave and it went all lumpy and curdled like. YUCK! Had to throw it out. It was fine before I heated it! I use the Walmart stuff.

Yeah...I'd say heat it up in 15-30 second increments.  I usually do 30 seconds myself.

I quit the Wal-Mart brand for Pure Protein. Stats are virtually the same but it is soooo much creamier in texture (I am a creamy girl).
