Snack: 6 oz Chobani black cherry 0% fat free yogurt, 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean cereal

Breakfast: protein shake (8 oz fat free milk, 1 scoop vanilla 100% whey protein powder, 2 TBSP's PB2, 2 TBSP's Hershey's sugar free syrup, 3/4 cup crushed ice) 

Snack: 10 sugar free, high protein cookies

Lunch: egg salad (2 hard boiled eggs, 1 TBSP sugar free sweet pickle reli****BSP brown mustard, 2 TBSP's fat free mayonaisse) on 1 Flat Out wrap, 1/2 cup steamed squash & green beans, 1 Vita Top chocolate mint muffin top

Snack: 1 Quest cinnamon roll protein bar

Snack: 2 packages Brothers freeze dried Fruit Crisps (peach & pineapple)

Dinner: 7 rice cakes, 7 TBSP's light cream cheese, 7 TBSP's sugar free raspberry preserves (eaten over the course of 2 hours)

I am ashamed to admit that the 1st time since surgery I ate like a complete pig.Not only that I ate till i puked.Im back on track today and hopefully it was just a slip up.I hate that I did this but I guess I have to move past it.
