The pictures all of you have shared is absolutely inspiring to me. I undergo RNY gastric bypass surgery tomorrow morning at 9:30 am. Looking at these recent pictures makes me feel so much stronger about my performance after the surgery and being able to stay on top of things. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for posting...EVERYONE! I am almost 2 months out and am at that point where I see the scale saying a different number, but I am not seeing it! All of your pictures are so inspiring. One day at a time and it will happen for me too=)

Let's try this ... this is my one year pic - this was about a year ago :)  I lost a little more since then - about 10 pounds.  :)

Far left was my highest, 354. Far right, this morning. All the stuff in the middle has been since my surgery in May.

This thread is phenomenal! It reminds me of my time pre-op and immediately post-op, when I'd spend hours on OH looking at photos and wondering if I could someday have the same success. 16 months out now, and I feel wonderful!
I am finding things more challenging as I move from weight loss to maintenance, but I continue to check in with the OH boards to try to stay on the right course.
Congratulations to everyone who has posted your pix, and all the best to all for a continued healthy journey.

You CAN be this successful... commit to the lifestyle change and follow your plan.  It truly will work for you if you put in the effort...

C'mon, jump onboard! You're already doing great... just keep at it and have faith that if you make good choices most of the time, you'll be showing your before & after pics next!  ;)
