Unjury protein powder. unflavored, strawberry , and chocolate.
Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate Chewy Bite.
I bought them online: www.BJsBariatrics.com
The owners have had the surgery and do lots of education along with sales. The bottles of B-12 etc are things that your major grocery and drug stores carry and often have a two for one price.
That didn't answer what you need but your doctor should have given you that list.
Good luck on your surgery day.

They are not really "optimized" for RNY folks, at least not in my mind. I would assume "optimized for RNY" would mean they met our requirements AND contained forms of vitamins and minerals we can absorb easily. But these do not.

I don't mean to sound rude, but why did you wait until four days before surgery to start figuring out what vitamins you need?

Bariatric Fusion IS better than gummies but it is still NOT complete. They say they are, but they are lying. They just want your money.
To get the 200% of the RDA of stuff you need, you would have to take EIGHT of them a day. They also have calcium carbonate, which we can't absorb. You won't absorb the B12 in them because it's not a sublingual.
