What's your favorite thing to do with vanilla protein powder?  Gotta narrow it down to just one recipe!

My favorite is to make a shake with one cup soy milk, one scoop vanilla protein and one tablespoon of Maxwell house International French vanilla cafe mix (sugar free, decaf).  I put it all in the blender and blend, then add a handful of ice and blend some more.  Yum!

I am trying to work out a RNY friendlier version of this, which is my fave use for vanilla protein, but I can't drink a whole one. That would be called "blood sugar death" but it is quite yummy. It's a shake they serve at my gym that I taught myself to make at home (for $5 less):

mines pretty similar to yours kelly, and yours is much cheaper so i may switch to that...

but the starbucks low-fat or whatever it is vanilla rtd frap that you buy in the grocery stores, one or two scoops of vanilla protein depending on the day, and ice in the blender.

it's easier to get down without the ice but i like it better with it. go figure.

You know what tastes a lot like those starbucks frap things?  Soy Slender soy milk, cappuccino flavor.  I get it at both Kroger and Meijer.  Tastes very similar but cheaper, more protein, less sugar.  I pay about $2 for a 32 ounce carton.
