I just had the yummiest protein bar.  What brand was it?  Well, it was Zone Perfect, which may have too much sugar for you if you dump, I think they have 14 grams, but they are yummy.  But the yummiest part is that I put it in the freezer for a while before I ate it.  I don't know what made me think of that, but it was just like a frozen candy bar, which is what I was going for.  Yummy, yummy.

Oh yeah, probably at least six months.  I don't really remember exactly.

Know what I did before that?  I made protein ice cream!  For a couple of months I made it every single day.  It was the only way I could get my protein down.  Check out theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com if you haven't already seen it, to find some yummy ice cream recipes.

Oh awesome! I will check that out now! I am looking for more ways to get my protein in, it has been a little bit of a challenge to get anything over 60g daily.

Thank you so much!

That sounds so good!  I am off to put one of my Pure Protein bars in the freezer for later tonight.  Thanks for sharing your idea!
