Vitamin A is OK.
B12 is really low. I know your lab report says it's normal. But below 550, people tend to get tired and depressed. Below 400 or so, you can get nerve damage in your hands and feet. So you need B12, lots of it.
Your ferritin is kinda low. But I don't see a total iron level. Did they not test your iron for some reason? Or am I just not seeing it? Without a total iron level, it's hard to say for sure, but you would probably do well with a bit more iron.
Your D is pretty low. I know your lab report says that one's normal too, but below 80 you're at increased risk for stuff like osteoporosis and heart disease.
Are these all the labs they ordered? If you just didn't want to type everything out, that's fine. But you should have had more than this tested.

I had a urinalysis, but the report reads CLEAR, NORMAL or NEGATIVE. No numbers.
I tend to ride on the low end with iron and vitamin D, I'm not super surprised there.
I have started reviewing the order for labs before I get them drawn to make sure it's right. Last time I did catch one mistake, the wrong vitamin D test was ordered.
