I always take my vitamins, not an option.  I work out 3 to 5 times a week and it makes me feel good.

No sugar, gluten or caffeine, 99% with vitamins (miss a calcium every once in a while), don't drink for 30 minutes after meals, track my food, post on OH, weigh and measure most of the time.  Need to work on exercise.
