1. I was a serious addict on diet cokes, since 9/1/11 NOT a DROP has touched my lips.
2. Faithfully following diet.
3. Trying harder to fulfill vitamin / calcium / protein requirements.  That is my biggest challenge.
4. Have been going to the gym and it is really intimidating since it is the all men's college gym but a few other women are there too.

I was doing really, really good following my very low carb diet but then bought a BIG bag of trail mix (with M&Ms) with the intention of giving away the candy and raisins (which I have done twice before), but ended up eating a ton of it.  Yesterday I gave the rest of the bag to the doorman.  I'm very proud of myself for getting rid of it!
