Ive been giving 100% at Zumba. Im jumping and working a full range of motion. Im sweating like a DOG in there. Really! My shirt is soaking wet at the end of class. Im proud of myself especially when I see smaller women (and youger) just shuffeling around and going thru the motions. I can only go 3 days a week and Im making the most of the time I have there.

I have stopped drinking with my meals and now wait 30-45 minutes after eating to begin drinking. This is big for me; such a hard habit to break!

Kept my committment to meet with a trainer. Dumping cable helped me do that (kept my expenses from increasing).
