So far I've only had 1240 calories and I've had 85 grams protein and 60 ounces liquid.  I will probably have some Greek yogurt later tonight.  I'm doing better on my protein than I thought I was.  I'm happy.

I've also had all my vitamins except I am behind in my calcium.  I have some Calcet creamy bites on the way, and that should help me make sure I don't miss any doses.  They are so good I want to eat them.

 Yesterday was still a great food day.  I'm finding that I'm not feeling much hunger except in the mornings.  I know I'm eating a lot less crap carbs, maybe that's why.  I haven't had chips since day 1 of our logging.. and chocolate has been way minimized.  I did suck on two Hershey hugs yesterday right before I helped the kids decorate the Christmas tree.  I struggled with head-hunger last night a bit.  I was feeling really overwhelmed with the kids and hubby is sick.  After I ate my evening snack of red peppers and hummus I wanted more.. I guess I wanted to feel fuller?  I don't know.. I ended up eating a string cheese and managed to not eat anything else for the night.

snack: iced sugar free chai
dinner: lean cuisine
sooth the mind before decorating a christmas tree with 5 kids: 2 hershey kisses
snack: hummus & 1/2 red bell pepper, string cheese

103 grams of protein
133 grams of carbs
