Saturday's food journal
I'm not saying what I ate today because I ate a lot of crap. A lot more than I usually do. However, when I added everything up, I was surprised to see I've only had 1340 calories. I've also had 62 grams protein and 64 ounces liquid. I may do a protein shake in a couple hours if I'm still up because I'd like a little more protein and I have the calories to use for it.
At least it's a nice surprise to find I didn't do as bad as I thought I did.
How is everyone else coming along with logging their food? Oh, Steve......

I didnt really eat alot today as I am having a rough pouch day. But my stats are 80 oz of fluid, 103 protein and 667 calories.

I had a pretty good day. Spent a lot of time out shopping and went to the dress shop to try on a bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding. It was really great to be able to try on several dresses that not only fit, but looked great too :)

Well, I'm gonna post what I ate today just so you can analyze it and tell me how I'm doing..lol! Seriously though...Breakfast:1 egg, 1 turkey bacon, and 1/4 english muffin. Lunch:turkey salad with 5 wheat crackers Dinner:1/2 c. cottage cheese and then I had 1 protein shake. The reason for cottage cheese for dinner is that I warmed up homemade pot pie in the microwave and a few bites in it felt wierd, like I was having trouble with it..so I tossed it. My liquids are not an issue..I don't keep track, but it's over 64oz. I've been using myfitnesspal.com to track protein and it was at 69 for today. How does that all sound?
Weekends are my hardest time, I think because of being off schedule. Here goes:72oz water
B: 3tbsp. raw almonds, 5 prunes, 1 babybell cheese, 1/2c. watermelon
No snack
L: 4oz. l.f. smkd turkey sausage,10 whole grain gluten free crackers
S: 3 prunes
D: 2oz cottage ham, baked 2/3c. baked carrots w/ onions
S:1/2c. granola, 2oz. turkey sausage

Well, all I got recorded today was my morning protein hot cocoa. It was a really bad day, not any eating for most of the day then wham, way to much at once. I did have all my vitamins, 88 ounces of liquid. Threw in another protein smoothie to up the protein, ordered the salmon when I went out to dinner so I must have had at least 100 or more grams of protein today. I'm suppose to try for 125+g per day because I don't absorb it very well, but weekends I am so off schedule. Don't know how many calories, for all I know it could be over 2000, so I don't really want to know. Try to do better tomorrow.

L-3oz Turkey Sausage and Egg
D-Tried some pork my hadband had in the smoker all day and not so good luck, so went for a salad, have recently went from a creamy salad dressing to Vinegarettes and I have to say not bad. Found a Fat Free Raspberry at WalMart yesterday, love!!!
S-Found myself at the end of the day needed some calories so had some Peanut Butter, quick and easy it was bed time.
S-Coffee with FF Non-Dairy Creamer and Splenda
S-2 Protein Shakes, cant seem to stop I love the Nectar Cappuchino.

Depends on what time I got up. Today I got up about 10 am. That's Eastern Standard time - I'm not sure what time zone you are in.
