Hi alot of my friends have been trying to figure this out
i feel so dumb, cause i dont know... i dont know if im eating
to little or to much .
what the dr. has down is :
The Goal during these first weeks (3 wks ) Stage 1 Liquid
first three weeks is to take in at least 64 ounces ( 8 cups)
of liquid , including 60-120 grams of protein...
ok how much is that per-day in ounces

No problem. I have just been reading up so much and getting educated by the veterans on here. As well as, my nutritionist and pre-operative class...Sometimes things can get confusing thats why this site is such a great tool, because chances are someone will be able to answer your question....
At least you won't be hungry any more and you will probably feel a lot better. Thankfully your not dehydrated.

As far as how many ounces 60-120 grams of protein is, that depends on what you are drinking for protein. Skim milk, for instance, only has about one gram protein per ounces. A protein drink will have more, but it varies depending on which drink it is.
