What's for dinner/What did you eat today?

Today I actually stuck to plan. Yay me!

1. Morning nosh (a bit of a protein drink, a bit of some fish stew...yes weird)
2. Curry tilapia stew with quinoa!
3. An apple (that curiously tasted like a banana) in some Greek yogurt with Splenda and SF Hazelnut syrup. It was actually very good.

For dinner...hmmmmm... I forget what I SAID I was gonna fix, but I'm prolly gonna fix some eggs. With cheese. I am an egg-aholic.

Breakfastlunch -- D'Lights Egg White And Ham Bowl

Late lunch -- 1/2 Smart Ones Meal, in steamer bag

Snack -- Four bites overcooked broccoli (it kills me), pepperoni stick, cheese stick

Dinner -- I dunno

I probably did it on the nuts today...lol But I haven't eaten anything off of my plan. Dinner is Philly Cheese Steak Casserole.

B - turkey sausage patty w/ egg and pepper jack on a slice of whole wheat toast
S - jerkey
L - salad w/ lettuce, egg, peppers, peas, chicken and a raspberry vinegrette and a slice of pineapple.
S - Cheez-Its (doh!  ) and an apple
D - BBQ ribs cooked on the grill, broccoli, salad and a dollop of mac 'n cheese if there is room.

B -- Protein Hot Chocolate (I was tired of protein so tried this... it tasted like hot protein LOL)

L- Chicken ( I don't cook so I don't what the style of cooking is called... I marinated it in Newman's Own olive oil dressing and then dumped it in a dry frying pan... YUM) and steamed veggies (broc, cauli, baby carrots)

S - Satsuma orange

D - chicken and veggies again

S - G. Yogurt w/ strawberries
