Waiting on Insurance Approval

So I got the call today that all my paperwork has been submitted to the insurance company for approval. SOOOOO nervous. They said it could take up to 3 weeks. This is gonna be a long 3 weeks.

I'm on my way to a new me!

You might be surprised. I was told 3-4 weeks, but got the approval in 2 days. So you never know.

I know how you feel. I dont technically qualify for the surgery until Jan 1st so I have to wait to submit my documentation to the insurance but I was told twice by the pre-cert dept at my insurance not to worry that i will be approved and my surgeons office told me the same thing but I am still nervous and anxious and I have like five weeks to go before I can get an offocial approval. I am wishing you the best. Let us know if you are approved.

Mine was submitted on 11/17 and I called 2x to check status but, have been told only the Dr's office can check the status at this time. I will be calling daily ;]
