What are you eating/doing today? Tuesday!

I hope this isn't a duplicate thread!

Today I have a lot of meetings. Ugh! I hate meetings. I'd rather be toggling between doing my normal job and chatting with you guys ;)

Yesterday I finally took some time to cook lunch for myself for this week, something I haven't done in far too long. But somehow I always find my way back!

Eats:

1. A little bit of a lot of stuff: A bite or two of what I made for lunch, a sip of La Petite Diva's Trail Mix Protein Shake

2. Curried tilapia stew except this time I threw in a cup of quinoa. YUMMY!

3. Gala apple & Greek yogurt

4. Dinner will utilize my turkey pickins and some spaghetti squash. Don't ask me what that will turn out to be as I'm really not sure yet!

5. Probably some cottage cheese or a hot protein drink

That SOUNDS like a lot of food in my head. Whenever I write out my food I never seem to have it all but we shall see!

Up to the gym for a three mile run and some upper body weights -- nothing too crazy....I'm in a funk.

Eats:
- click and skim on the way to the gym
- large coffee with cream
- two chicken eggrolls (baked)
- honeycrisp apple w/cheesestick
- protein bar

not sure on dinner -- above totals are 950/118/69.

Don't forget that Rudolph is on tonight!

Breakfast - Coffee.

Lunch - Who knows

Snack - I dunno

Dinner - I made a turkey last night (we did not have a standard T-day dinner...) having that tonight.

Snack - Probably cold turkey.

Morning everyone!

For anyone who is interested there is a Groupon for Vitacost. $30 coupon for $15. I got one yesterday.

Really suffering with lower back pain. Cant wait to get to the Chiropractor tonight. Im sure its just muscle problems since Ive started working out again. I really need to get working on my abs/core. Thinking that will help.

Eats for today:

Pumpkin coffee w/ cream
Oatmeal w/ 1/2 scoop protein
leftover pork I didnt eat yesterday for lunch
Pure protein shake
Not sure whats for dinner today....

More water and hot green tea

Morning! Its cold here today! I did the first day of level 2 of the 30 day shred yesterday. So I'll be doing that again today, and maybe going for a run. I hate running in the cold. lol

Eats-
Coffee
oatmeal with protein
handful of nuts
turkey chili with cheese
Turkey Peperoni and laughing cow cheese
Greek yogurt with PB2 or pie filling
Philly Cheesesteak casserole (egg face)... I think

B - power crunch bar
S - 2 after dinner mints
L - bread & cheese

Later:

S - apple
D - not sure yet

Exercise - did 5 miles on the treadmill yesterday, so I'll do just 3 miles today -- because tomorrow I won't have time.
