VSG to RNY questions
Just a minor correction... the VSG is the first part of a DS, not RNY. The VSG creates a pencil-shaped sleeve and removes the rest of the stomach. Then (sometimes) they go back in and do the intestinal portion of the DS. With RNY, you get a small round pouch and keep your remnant stomach.

I am going to see my PCP first and foremost. The holidays are here and to start a diet now would ensure complete failure for me. Soooo, I am going to do the best I can and try and be aware of what I am eating. Journaling has worked before, so I will use that tool again.
I can't tell you how much it means to me to have you all answer so honestly. I want to be a success, but it seems so unlikely right now that its hard to see past a setback-especially as big as this has been.
