vomiting?!?!

I don't know what hit me, but I have not thrown up in over 2 years, then all of a sudden I was sitting down after eating and I literally had less than a 1/4 cup of food, then I had to get up and run cause it was coming. Obviously I only had foamies but it was violent! I guess my pouch is there telling me that it is still live and kickin'. Now my abs are aching like I just did 100 crunches

Anybody else have this issue out of nowhere? I have only thrown up 2 times since my surgery almost 3 years ago. 1st time was the day after surgery with the barium and the second time was when I first started eating solids. Now all of a sudden this???

I m only one year out and hadn't thrown up in monthes and monthes and then had a bad bout. Two daysin a row! I find if I am even a little stressed or 'fussed up' my pouch says 'no thank you'. Instead of being a stress eater I am now the opposite.
What were your emotions like? Were you feeling rushed? Was the food dry? I hope you are back feeling beter soon. Wait...maybe a tummy bug?

not a stomach flu. I have been fine up until then. I am stressed out quite a bit, but I have been for almost a year now. I am overwhelmed today by it. It just happens when I eat. I do not feel sick at all until then.
