day 12 of my liquid preop diet

i am on day 12 of my liquid preop diet. my stomach feels sick, i have terrible heartburn, anyone else experience this?

I am on day 6 of my pre-op and yes I feel all of the above including a headache from time to time. My doctor said this is common because your stomach has nothing to "chew" on (solid foods) and it is liquid that does not have to be digested. Your fine  it will get better. Hang in there your close to a new beginning.

My Doc does not require one, but I think I am going to do one anyways......How much weight have you lost in the 12 days?
