B12 IS NOT HIGH, you want levels of 900-1000.  Your D is in the low normal range, which starts at 30. You should strive for D levels of 80-90 for a long list of health benefits. You'll likely need the 50K IU dry D3 to get D levels up to these numbers.  I use these from vitalady.com as I had a lot lower D level on my initial labs and for the next 6 months.  At 4 of the 50 K IU dry d3 per week, my D levels finally got to a 65 at year 4+.  I've taken a 50K daily for almost a year now, and my impending labs will hopefully be at the 80-90 ranger.  I, as well as a number of post ops, suffered from what appeared to be severe bruising on my arms. Big purple spots on forearms that took 2 weeks to go away. My surgeon's nurse suggested I try separate vitamin K supplments. I began with 200mcg daily--good results in a month. Then upped it to 400 daily with even better results. This K is very cheap--try puritan.com for their common sale prices.  DAVE

I don't know a lot about labs but a few things do stand out.
As Dave say, your B12 is fine.  You want it a bit high.  And your D could be higher.
My B6 was very high too, for some reason.  My NP had me cut back on my B complex.
Your ferritin seems low, even though it may be in range.  That indicates your iron stores.  When my ferritin was 7 I needed an iron infusion.  You may want to increase your iron.
You pth is fine, too.  You want that in the lower range.  When it is elevated it can mean that you are low on D and it can mean hyperparathyroidism.
I don't know much about the other things.  These are just things that I have experienced, too.

Sodium, potassium, bun, creatnine are great.  and don't wory about that 0.5 creatnine. Just means your kidneys are extra healthy.  Prealbumin is low but albumin and total protein look good.  Calcium is fine and phos is a little high but not much.

How far out are you??  If only a few months then low prealbumin could just mean you haven't caught up since surgery yet.

Liver enzymes look great.

I will defer to someone else about the cholesterol, ldl, hdl, and triglycerides.   Not something I am that familiar with.

your vitamin B12   is good.  It would be okay if it was even higher.

Iron/ferretin is low.   Try to increase your iron dosage.  Mine is in the 30's and they are worried about having to do another iron infusion.

Your protien level is on the low side.  Try to increase your iron

your D is really low get vitalady dry d3 50,000 IU and take that 4-5 times per week then have your D tested again so you can increase or lower your dosage.  My D was really low I got it up over 100 by taking this everyday for 6 months, now I've dropped down to 3 per week and my D is just under 100 which is perfect.

Agree with most people.
But D is low, protein is too low (you need to be in 7's) and your iron is (ferritin) is low.
With ferritin below 50 - some people show iron deficiencies : RLS, tired, cold, lower energy, etc.  You need to increase the Iron.
Protein - that level may be really low - when we do not get enough protein in the diet - the body breaks down the muscles trying to keep the blood protein at the minimum low level (same as calcium- pulled from the bones). So that level - low normal  - is really not optimum.

The cholesterol is good... but try not to get it lower than that.  We need cholesterol. Your numbers are great... lower than that - and you may feel depressed tired, have hormonal issues...  That means - it is OK to have full eggs, and butter, and other things like that... (in moderation). The triglycerides are good.. you do not want get to get lower... same issue as with cholesterol.  Triglycerides show how much carbs you eat... - looks like you are on a low carb- good carbs diet.... IMO - when they triglycerides get too low - the reactive hypoglycemia may get worse (that what is in my case)...

All look fine to me except you need more protein and your D is very low.  How much D3 do you take now?

Your B12 is not too high, it's great.
