Iron is up!
I just got a call from my docs office and my iron is now 60 instead of 24. Which I am happy about. She said to stay on this course with the iron. Doubling the amount I used to take. Now 60 is in the normal range but what is the best number to be? As I can not for the life of me remember. I will have my labs taken again after the holidays.

Best is to be near the upper end of the normal range given on your lab report. An increase of almost 40 is great work, though! Good for you!

It may depends... too little iron is no good, too much - may create issues.
I would like my ferritin to stay between 50- 120.. no lower than that and no higher than that.
