today i am not sure...i work from 2:30 until 8 pm and last night i ended up working until 11 (unplanned) and had only taken a snack with of crackers and cheese so i was hungry when i got home.
Today:
B: oatmeal, tsp of splenda br. sugar and some wheat germ
L: leftover chicken stroganoff/vegie
D: ???? maybe i will take some crackers, cheese and an hardboiled egg to work just in case or i might make rice a roni with canned chicken in it and vegies
S: Cottage cheese or a protein shake
lots of green tea and aquafina flavorsplash water throughout the day.
