Navigation of Site

Hello:
I am new here and find it difficult to navigate from one topic to another.  I could use suggestions on how the site is easier to get around

Honestly, I owned a military support board, helped build, new the back end of things, came here I was lost as a goose!!!! That is why I took a break! I came back and I look at it and think OMG all my emotions must of had me crazy!

I still find it hard to find my posts some times, like remembering where I posted them, bc I dont click notify me, I get enough emails!!!

How ever....

If you look at the top where it says FORUMS, there are so many to choose from! I only go in a couple! Only bc I dont have alot of time! Start by being faithful by what would benefit you the most. I wish and regret leaving. I am back and here to stay. Everyone here has gone through what you are going through, have gone through, or will go through... what more could you ask for in a support group! Sometimes we forget about newbies and how it seems over whelming to be on a forum, there is SO much informatino here. So many amazing people here!
Spend time on here! Thats how I am learning my way around!!!

 Oh Thank you, I have been a member here since I had my band in 2008, but didn't get on much..I was active on lapband talk site.  anyway, I am scheduled for a revision on the 22nd of November. My band has slipped and has to come out. I am lucky that my insurance has apprised the RNY! I get a second chance!!!  I look forward to getting to know many on here

 Is there any way to change the time on the board for individual users?  I would like my stuff to show up in Central time but I am 4 hours off!  It's not a biggie but I've searched on my profile and on my settings and don't find one!
