I read a peppermint hot chocolate mix recipe earlier today that wasn't WLS friendly but may be adapted. I may try it and post it. It was choco, powdered milk, sugar (easy to subsitute), chocolate chips (SF? I've heard folks talk about them but have never found any) and crushed peppermint sticks, I guess there are SF ones. It was layered in a jar, looked pretty. The directions said to put it in a bowl and stir before using, so you would get some of everything, I guess. I think you could add protein to it also.

I think I read on one of Nik's post about a hot apple pie drink that was SF apple cider and vanilla protein. Sounds yummy, I just keep forgetting to buy the SF apple cider mix.

There are sugar free chocolate chips.  Apparently some Walmarts carry them but not the one in my town.  A friend that lives elsewhere bought a couple bags for me there though and sent them to me.  I put them in protein ice cream.

There are sugar free peppermint candies.  Those round ones, red and white?  I don't know about peppermint sticks but those would work the same, I would think.

and you could put protein powder in that recipe, yeah.  and if you stirred it all up, you should get roughly equal amounts of everything.   Equal proportions, I mean.  It sounds yummy.  I might try it.
