"shake it like a polaroid picture" LOL

I wonder how many people knows what that is!

Um...to this day when I hear "hey ya" I stop to shake it like a Polaroid picture. Someday someone will catch this on film and maybe it'll go viral? I hope?

Ooh, great idea.  I use the sf coffeemate peppermint mocha right now, but I am finding it hard to justify the fat and calories in a drink that offers no protein!

Just wanted to share for all of you who don't have a Sbux nearby or can buy a peppermint syrup that u can make your own peppermint drink by using 1/8 tsp of peppermint extract (or Any flavor) to your homemade espresso. (Don't forget to sweeten with your sweetener of choice when using extracts) Works for lattes/mochas & hot chocolate. If you look online you can get great recipes for homemade espressos using syrups and/or different flavored extracts.

During my nightly "exercise" stroll through Target....I found the Hersey's unsweetened coco powder and I must say I'm totally shocked at how good the stats are (10 cal, 3g carb, 2g fiber) so of course I brought a container.  I have some unflavored Unjury that I have NO idea how to use...so I'm going to experiement with using it in my peppermint mocha protein drink and using the Hersey's to add the chcolate taste.

I'll report back on the results...

Ummm...darling? There are SO many BF posts with unsweetened cocoa in it, it's not funny! Not just protein drinks but desserts too! Yes, the stats are good. That's why I use it so much!!!

Plus it gives you a nice bitter offset to the sweetness of things. And it intensifies the chocolatey taste which...yikes...

Anyway, let us know what YOU come up with but if you need ideas to get started, search "unsweetened cocoa" or "baking cocoa" on BF. You'll find lots to inspire you!
