Had mine yesterday YUMM! Luckily I am in the same boat as Don, I live in the boonies and the nearest Bux is 1 hour away. I can't wait to try your version!

Yes, Starbucks now has a sf chocolate syrup. Got a sf salted Carmel mocha the other day. Skip it, doesn't taste nearly as good as it sounds. And for the person who asked, mocha does refer to the mix of chocolate and espresso.

I stand corrected... I just checked and they now have a  sugar-free bittersweet mocha sauce.  NICE!!!

Yes it's GOOD but very rich, I bought a tall and couldn't drink the entire thing in one setting.  I'll look at yours because it was good enough to drink again in small quantities.

So what are the nutritional stats of this Skinny Peppermint Mocha?  I have never been a big starbucks fan but this sounds really good.  Is it decaf?

For stats you can probably check the starbucks website. That's how I get my stats.

I don't think it's decaf automatically. Not sure if you can ask them to make it decaf or not.

For the Stats, I know the tall is 100 calories...not sure about anything else.

I make my own at home with just chocolate protein power, cold decaf coffee, milk, and the SF peppermint syrup.  I have a 12cup coffee maker so on Sunday I make a huge pot of my favorite decaf coffee (Caribou Blend Decaf) and let it cool and store it in a pitcher in my fridge.

In a shaker bottle I mix

6oz cold decaf coffee
6oz FF milk
1 scoop protein powder.

Shake it like a Polaroid picture until well blended.  Remove the wire whisk, and microwave three intervals of 30-45 seconds (stir between each round).  Add some SF peppermint syrup to taste, pour  it in my travel mug and I'm out the door.  I drink one just about everyday in the morning on my way to work.

BTW: befor eI got the SF pepermint syrup, I used coffemate pepermint mocha creamer....it had good stats, but 4 tsp = 60 calories while the SF syrup has no calories so I switched over to the SF syrup.  If you just wanna test it out, try it with the coffeemate to see if you like the taste and then buy the syrup.
