Curses to whoever told me about that Skinny Peppermint Mocha!!!
For stats you can probably check the starbucks website. That's how I get my stats.
I don't think it's decaf automatically. Not sure if you can ask them to make it decaf or not.

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!
For the Stats, I know the tall is 100 calories...not sure about anything else.
I make my own at home with just chocolate protein power, cold decaf coffee, milk, and the SF peppermint syrup. I have a 12cup coffee maker so on Sunday I make a huge pot of my favorite decaf coffee (Caribou Blend Decaf) and let it cool and store it in a pitcher in my fridge.
In a shaker bottle I mix
6oz cold decaf coffee
6oz FF milk
1 scoop protein powder.
Shake it like a Polaroid picture until well blended. Remove the wire whisk, and microwave three intervals of 30-45 seconds (stir between each round). Add some SF peppermint syrup to taste, pour it in my travel mug and I'm out the door. I drink one just about everyday in the morning on my way to work.
BTW: befor eI got the SF pepermint syrup, I used coffemate pepermint mocha creamer....it had good stats, but 4 tsp = 60 calories while the SF syrup has no calories so I switched over to the SF syrup. If you just wanna test it out, try it with the coffeemate to see if you like the taste and then buy the syrup.
