Bedroom/sex question

I have had a huge shift in hormones since surgery and have had to start using a vaginal hormonal cream. I had lost interest and sex was not satisfying. It was also physically uncomfortable. Don't wait to see your doctor, you both suffer when there is a problem in the bedroom. I don't know how old you are, but for me the weight loss has pushed me into menopause (I probably was menopausal before, just didn't realize it with the extra estrogen from all the fat).
