Everybody get all their vites in today?

I almost did.  My stomach was very icky this morning so I did not do my usual protein drink with Upcal D in it but I did get two other doses in later.  I got my multis, my D3, zinc, magnesium oxide, iron and C.

Tomorrow will be B12 shot

 Well, I did now that I saw this post. I just added some Upcal D to my Crystal Light and took my last multi. Thanks for the reminder:)

I never thought of putting the Upcal D in my morning protein drink.

I did. I actually took my B complex for the first time in weeks because it makes me feel sick to my stomach, and I think my multi has everything anyway, but I took it today just to try.

So I took a calcuim and multi with breakfast
another one of each with lunch
a third calcuim and B complex with dinner
my b 12 sub a few hours ago
and I am taking my iron and C right now
I take my vit D everyother day and I didn't need it today.

 dinner time tonight i was thinking i was missing something..sure enough it was my vitamins..so i took my d3 and my multi..strange thing is i took my calcium at lunch and dinner and i just ate one of my new raspberry chews (nummy they are good!!) but my tummy is funny tonight and just can't get the other one down...

Took my Vitamins when i got hm from taking care of my mom
Multi- , B complex didnt take my iron
Took my Iron on Saturday
